What is Consent2Go?

Consent2Go is a software used by the College to maintain student data and organise events. It helps ensure information can be easily updated and allows schools to use this effectively to fulfill their duty of care requirements. Consent2Go allows you to update your child’s details at any time and feel confident knowing that the College is well informed.

The two main functions of Consent2Go are Student Profile Updates and Event Invitations.

Student Profile Updates

Update your child’s information directly to the College, including;

  • Medical details
  • Contact details (including emergency contacts)
  • Provide school-based permissions

Event Invitations

When your child is invited to a College event (incursion or excursion), you will receive an electronic invitation directly to your email. This will include all the necessary information for you to give informed consent. This eliminates paper invites and helps you maintain communication with teachers and the College.

Consent2Go offers a Parent App that is available in both the Google Play and Apple Store. Through the App you can:

  • Access your child’s information
  • View the College’s contact details
  • See all upcoming events in the calendar

How Do I Access Consent2Go?

As a parent/caregiver using Consent2Go, you will not need to log in or use a password to access Consent2Go and your child’s information. When required, the College will send you an email that contains a personalised web link that allows you to respond to excursion invitations and/or update your child’s information.

You can feel confident knowing your child’s data is secure as Consent2Go follows all national privacy requirements.
