Enrolment process
For more than 125 years, Sacred Heart has been educating young minds in a spirit of audacity and hope, providing each student with a diverse range of educational, spiritual and character‑building opportunities.
We invite applications for enrolment at all year levels and encourage interested families to lodge an Application for Enrolment as early as possible. All applications received are placed onto the student’s respective waitlist.
Applications have closed for students seeking entry in Year 7 2028. Applications for students eligible for entry in Year 7 2029 close on Friday 18 September 2026.

1. Prospectus
Request a Prospectus for further information about our College community and learning environment energized by excellence, innovation and a guiding Marist spirit. Our Prospectus provides an insight into our College’s mission and our vision for students as a place of acceptance and belonging.
2. College Tour
Joining us for a Champagnat or Marcellin Campus Tour will enable you the opportunity to visit the grounds and facilities, meet with staff, student leaders, and see the Hearts community in action. During the tour, visitors can explore classrooms, libraries, sports areas, and other key facilities while learning about the College’s curriculum, extracurricular offerings, and our unique spirit.
3. Application for Enrolment
Sacred Heart College welcomes applications from all families seeking a Catholic education for their children. To enrol, complete and submit an application form online via the link below. This digital application process allows families to enrol online and places their child onto our waiting lists.
Before you start this application, please ensure you have the following documentation available:
- Birth certificate
- Sacramental certificates
- NAPLAN results
- School reports
- Documentation relating to any special needs (if applicable)
- Parenting/Court order documentation (if applicable)
- Visa documentation (if applicable)
4. Enrolment Policy

5. Interview
Prospective students will be required to attend an enrolment interview with a member of the College Leadership Team. Enrolment interviews provide students and their families a chance to introduce themselves and share their interests, strengths, and goals. The interviews assist our College in understanding each student’s unique needs and provides the opportunity for families to ask questions and learn more about Sacred Heart College. Our enrolment interview process takes place approximately 2 to 2.5 years prior to your child’s nominated year of entry in accordance with our enrolment criteria.
6. Acceptance of Offer
Formal places of offer will be made to families following the enrolment interview process. In accepting the position, Acceptance of Offer documentation is required to be signed by both parent/guardians with payment of the Acceptance Fee. Once your child’s enrolment is confirmed, we look forward to working in partnership with your family to ensure your child’s smooth transition into Sacred Heart College.
